Men's eight places 26th at Head of the Charles

Throggs Neck, NY – The Maritime College men's crew team had a good showing at the Head of the Charles on October 22nd in Boston, MA. Competing at the event, the men's 8+ boat finished 26th out of 52 boats which were comprised of international and club teams.
Manning the 8+ boat were juniors Kevin Heath (Bow Seat), Doug Sier (3-Seat), Chris Dotterer (4-Seat) and Connor Leahy (Stroke); sophomores Paul Burgess (2-Seat), Zach Comer (6-Seat) and David McCleery (7-Seat); freshman Ben Welch (5-Seat) and the Coxswain was senior Ashleigh Teitel.
