New York, N.Y. — The SUNY Maritime rifle team picked up a win on Sunday as the Privateers defeated one of Wentworth's two rifle teams 2123-1853 in a rifle match at the Braintree Rifle and Pistol Club in Massachusetts on Sunday afternoon.

 

Brandon Webber (Massena, N.Y./Massena) (Massena, NY/Massena) fired a team-high 555, while teammate Mark DeMarco (Staten Island, NY/Curtis) drilled a 540.

 

Amanda Thompsom recorded 524, while Chris Lane (Gloucester, Mass./Gloucester) fired a 504. James Worrall (Arlington, Va./Yorktown) had a 488. Karly Moise-Duquella (Haiti/Young Jesus St. Theresa) recorded a 496, while Daniel Vorsky (Old Bridge, NJ/St. John Vianney) had a 440 in small bore.
