Three Sailors Ink Name to All-Conference Team

THROGS NECK, NY - Recognized for their outstanding performance in MAISA and ICSA competition this year, seniors Danielle Gamache (Holland, MI/Holland), Todd Hawkins (Ocean Gate, NJ/Monsignor Donovan) and Dan Hesse (Bohemia, NY/Connetquot) have all been named to the MAISA All-Conference Team. The team was announced on May 20th by Conference Commissioner Ann Campbell.
Gamache, Hawkins and Hesse are still in the midst of their Spring campaign, training on the South Shore of Long Island in conditions similar to those found at their National Championship in San Francisco on June 1-3.
Hawkins and Hesse were both voted to the preseason All-Conference Team and solidified their position with a strong finish at the ICSA National Semifinals and the Conference Championship. Gamache has proved to be an outstanding contributor all season, anchoring both the women's team and sailing with Hawkins on the Coed Team.
