THROGGS NECK, N.Y. – On Friday, Maritime Cross Country Head Coach Colin Culhane, entering his second season, revealed his slate of meets for the men's and women's teams for the fall 2015 season.

The 2015 slate will feature meets throughout the New York Metropolitan area, while featuring some of the top teams within the region.

The year begins with the Privateers taking part in the St. Joseph's (LI) Friends & Alumni Race on Tuesday, September 1 at Broadway Park in Sayville, N.Y. That is followed by a visit to the Staten Island Invitational in Clove Lakes Park on Staten Island on September 13.

A trip to Annandale-On-Hudson is next as the Privateers will compete in the Bard Raptors Invitational on September 19, Up next is the Mount St. Mary Knight Invite on October 3 at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome in Milton, New York.

Maritime's lone visit to Van Cortlandt Park comes the following week when the teams partake in the CCNY Classic on October 11. The regular season concludes with a meet at Sunken Meadow State Park on Long Island as the Privateers will tune up for the Skyline Championships at the St. Joseph's (LI) Invitational on October 17.

For the second straight season, the Skyline Championships will take part at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome, hosted by Mount St. Mary on October 25. Last year, then-freshman Nick Sherman (Huntington, N.Y./Huntington) took home the men's individual championship, giving the Privateers' men's team two of the last three individual champions. In 2012, then-freshman Cameron Coneys (Centerport, N.Y./Harborfields) won the individual crown during his first season at Maritime.

After a week off, the team will participate in the NCAA Atlantic Regionals, which take place at Letchworth State Park in Castile, New York. The meet will feature over 40 teams from throughout the region, with the top teams and individuals advancing to the NCAA Championships.

Last season at the NCAA Regionals, Maritime was the top finishing men's team from the Skyline Conference after edging out both Skyline Champion Mount St. Mary, and perennial power St. Joseph's (LI).
