"Coach Steinbach will be an excellent fit for Maritime College and will be a successful leader of the young men in our program", commented Dick Hack. "He brings to our program, experience, knowledge, dedication, discipline and passion; all key ingredients for a successful tenure at Maritime College. Coach Steinbach made a very favorable impression with all the staff members who had the opportunity to meet him. We are all pleased to have Coach Steinbach a member of our team".
